40 NEW BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS TO BE WORKING UPTOWN

14 King Street, Saint John, NB

Dealermine has just signed a lease for approximately 8,500 sq ft of space uptown. They’ll be moving their corporate head office from their current location in Quispamsis to space on the 2nd floor of Centerbeam Place this fall. The tenant loved the inherent esthetics of the space with the exposed bricks, beams and many windows. Moving in from the KV was a big decision but proximity to amenities was a major attraction.

According to Bob Quirion, Founder, CEO and owner of Dealermine, it was love at first sight “There’s nothing like it in Saint John! The space is beautiful and has the right feel that I was looking for. We’re just seconds from the internal pedway system. The restaurants, shops and services we want are at our door step…not to mention Second Cup Coffee Shop right in the building. We’re really looking forward to being uptown and bringing 40 new people into the uptown business community.”
