Atlantix Media Expands and Relocates to Harbour Building in Uptown Saint John
133 Prince William Street “Harbour Building”, Saint John, NB — Atlantix Media Inc., a fast-growing technology company specializing in financial loan lead generation, has announced its relocation from the City Hall Building to the Harbour Building in uptown Saint John.
According to co-founder Thomas Howarth, who relocated to Saint John from the United Kingdom, Atlantix Media has experienced steady growth since establishing operations in the city. The move marks an exciting new chapter for the company.
“It was time to secure a larger space that would give us room to continue expanding over the next several years,” said Thomas Howarth. “The space was nearly move-in ready, and the landlord was a pleasure to work with throughout the process.”
The Harbour Building, owned by G.L.C. Realty and managed by Lawson Property Management, offers competitively priced, professional office space with harbour views in Saint John’s commercial districts.
“We’re pleased to welcome Atlantix Media to the building,” said Michael Lawson of Lawson Property Management. “Their innovative business model and ongoing growth are exactly the kind of success stories we love to see in uptown Saint John.”
The Harbour Building is a 9 storey office building on the Saint John waterfront. There are currently two remaining office vacancies available for lease.
