39 King Street “Brunswick Square Shopping Centre”, Saint John, NB

Martin Max, the innovative retail store specializing in 3D-printed products and creative manufacturing technologies, is moving from Market Square to Brunswick Square. Having outgrown their current uptown location, the move marks an exciting next step for the brand.
Coincidentally, Martin Max recently opened a store in McAllister Mall in the former Coles bookstore space and has now chosen to lease the former Coles location in Brunswick Square as well. The store will occupy a prime pedway location, providing greater visibility and increased foot traffic.
Hemmy Huang, owner of Martin Max, expressed enthusiasm about the new location: “We are thrilled to bring Martin Max to Brunswick Square, where more people can experience the creativity and innovation behind our products in a larger store with a wider selection.”
The expansion doesn’t stop in Saint John, Martin Max will also be opening a store soon in Fredericton.
Stephanie Turner, leasing representative at Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic, commented on the recent success at Brunswick Square: “Martin Max is the fifth new business to sign a lease in Brunswick Square this year, and we are excited to see this momentum continue.”
“Martin Max represents the kind of forward-thinking, technology-driven retail we are eager to welcome to Brunswick Square.” said Jeremy Kaupp, Managing Director, Ravelin Properties REIT. “We are focused on attracting innovative businesses across growing sectors, including tech-driven retail, wellness, lifestyle, and experiential shopping, to reenergize the mall and create a dynamic and engaging environment for our visitors.”
Locals can expect to see things happening in the space very soon with a planned grand opening of the Martin Max store Brunswick Square store before Christmas!
Stephanie Turner & Brock Turner of Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic are leasing agents for the Brunswick Square Shopping Centre and are eager to speak to anyone with an interest in leasing space in the mall.
